Mistle-Ho

Christmas has always been a holiday that I don't particularly enjoy. Dealing with my loud and obnoxious family, as well as their equally loud and obnoxious friends, can be quite a challenge for my introverted self. To top it off, there's Gavin – my older brother's best friend who happens to be a giant, charming rugby star. He's undeniably handsome, but he also fits the definition of a player all too well. Every year, he playfully flirts with me and I do my best to ignore his insincere advances. Not this year, though. I decide to call his bluff.

To my surprise, Gavin doesn't hesitate when I challenge him to show me what he's got outside. Before I know it, we're in the childhood treehouse and I'm ready for whatever he has in store. Unfortunately, it turns out to be quite underwhelming. The next morning, Gavin shows up at my apartment, asking for a do-over. I'm hesitant at first, but I decide to give him a second chance.

Thankfully, he more than makes up for his previous shortcomings, and I find myself spending more and more time with him. Little did I know, I was about to find out what happens when a notorious player like Gavin falls for someone. And before long, the world would discover that rugby's biggest player has indeed fallen – for me.
